Time Trials will be held on Thursday 9th February 2012 at Ponds Forge. These time trials are open to ALL JO3 swimmers and additional swimmers selected by the coaching staff, please collect the entry forms from your coach. All swimmers should be on poolside for warm up at 5.45pm
The events are listed in order on the entry form and will consist of 50 and 100 metre swims, swimmers should discuss the events before entering with the coach.
