This year the event doubled as the qualifying event for the World Championships to be held in Barcelona at the end of July. As British Swimming are to take a smaller than usual team to the World Championships, qualification was always going to be tough.
At the end of the 5 days of competition, COSSS swimmers had swum 17 PBs, 7 of which were Yorkshire records - congratulations to Ellie Faulkner (800 free), Lewis Coleman (200 IM and 200 free), David Gregory (breaking the 100 back record twice), Izzy Grant (junior 200 fly) and Matt Johnson (400 free)!
