He had a really busy week, competing in the 100Fc, 100Bk, 400Fc, 200IM, and 2 relays. All his hard work and dedication has paid off however, as James came home with a fantastic Gold in the 100Bk, Silver in the 200IM, and 3 Bronzes (400Fc and 2 relays) including 2 personal best swims in the 100Fc and 200IM.
This is a fantastic achievement for James and City of Sheffield Swim Squad, and is an exiting move forwards in his build up to the Paralympics in 2012, London.
