After her strong performance at the British Championships, Lily has been selected as part of a 30-strong British team to compete at this year's European Junior Championships at Helsinki, Finland. The meet starts on the 4th July.
Nick has been selected for the English team heading to the Gold Coast in Australia for the Commonwealth Games in April.
