Swimmers from across the region took part and were able to benefit from the expertise of the CoSSS coaches and elite swimmers. The Camp was led by our very own Performance Coach Mike Taylor with JO2 Coach Luke Smith supporting. It was great to have two Senior Elite swimmers to help Mike and Luke with the demonstrations. These were GB swimmer Elliot Clogg and Wales International swimmer Cole Hewitt. In addition to the coaches and elite swimmers video analysis played an important part to help the swimmers improve their technique. It was an intense and fun day for the swimmers.
