The Yorkshire Championships, weekend three, the sprints and relays, took place 20th & 21st March at Ponds Forge. Another Yorkshire Champion for CoSSS in the sprints, Orla Dyer won the 10 year 50m Freestyle. She also swam brilliantly to win silvers in the 50m Breast & 50m Butterfly – well done Orla! There were some very exciting relay finals with CoSSS reaching the finals in nearly all of their events, winning 4 Gold, a Silver and 2 Bronze. A great weekend of swimming – congratulations!! This brings the total medal tally for the Championships to 13 Gold, 20 Silver & 14 Bronze with 7 individual Yorkshire Champions and 5 Yorkshire Champion Teams. Well done to all the swimmers who took part.
