We are South Yorkshire’s premier competitive swimming club and train at the prestigious Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield. Our aim is to compete at the highest levels in the sport, and within our squads we have many International swimmers and National medallists. We also compete at district, county and regional levels, including various open meets through-out the year. We are an ASA Beacon Club and are regularly ranked in the top 10 clubs in Great Britain.

Snow Frills was the final COSSS meet of the year and was held at Ponds Forge over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd November. As well as home swimmers from JO3, JO2, JO1, and JD squads, the large entry comprised competitors from all over the UK.

On Monday 1st December, the club shop will be open from 5.00-8.00pm. On other Mondays until Christmas it will open from 5.30-7.30pm.

COSSS squads headed to two high quality short course meets over the weekend of 14th-16th November and many smashed their PBs on the way to numerous top 3 finishes and finals places.

Congratulations to COSSS Masters swimmer Alistair Crawford, who broke the British Record in the 50m Butterfly (30-35yrs category) at the recent ASA National Masters Short Course Champs in a blistering time of 24.73.

After a win in the first round, COSSS A battled to a strong 2nd place and COSSS B just squeezed into 5th at the John Charles Centre on Saturday 8th November.

A large contingent of JO1 swimmers were joined by a sprinkling of AGN and JO2 at the Leeds October Meet. It was a crammed programme with entrants from a number of top clubs and universities and it provided some good short course racing in heats and finals.
